The main components of the powder spraying waste gas are the dust particles in the spraying process and the organic waste gas generated in the drying and solidification process. The main components of the powdered waste gas are organic waste gas. In the selection of waste gas treatment process, the powdered waste gas is treated by the combination of pulse bag filter + biological deodorization equipment + activated carbon adsorption bed suitable for organic waste gas treatment.

Description of pulverized coal waste gas treatment process

1、 Pulse bag filter: it is a dry-type dust filtering device. It is suitable for catching fine, dry and non fibrous dust.

Advantages:

1. The dust removal efficiency is high, generally above 99%. The dust concentration in the gas at the outlet of the dust collector is within tens of mg/m3. It has a high classification efficiency for fine dust with submicron particle size.

2. The range of treatment air volume is wide, ranging from a few cubic meters in 1min to tens of thousands of cubic meters in 1min. It can be used for flue gas dust removal of industrial furnaces and reduce the emission of air pollutants.

3. Simple structure and convenient maintenance and operation

2、 Activated carbon adsorber: when the organic waste gas is powered by the fan and enters the activated carbon adsorption tower under positive or negative pressure, due to the unbalanced and unsaturated molecular gravity or chemical force on the solid surface of the activated carbon, when the solid surface contacts with the gas, it can attract the gas molecules to concentrate and maintain them on the solid surface, so that the pollutants and odor can be adsorbed. After the waste gas passes through the activated carbon adsorption tower, Enter the dust removal system of the equipment and discharge the purified gas at high altitude up to the standard.

3、 Biological deodorization equipment: it is a method to deal with malodorous gas, which is widely studied, technically mature and commonly used in practice. The treatment process is that the gas containing odor passes through the filter bed from bottom to top after the pretreatment process such as dust removal, humidification or temperature reduction. When passing through the filter layer, the odor is transferred from the gas phase to the water microbial mixed phase (biological layer), and is decomposed by the metabolism of micro organisms attached to the filter material. This method mainly uses the biochemical action of microorganisms to decompose pollutants and convert them into harmless substances. Microorganisms use organic matter as the substrate for their growth and reproduction. Through different transformation ways, macromolecules or organic matter with complex structure are oxidized and decomposed into simple inorganic substances such as water and carbon dioxide.

Advantages:

1. Biotechnology, environmental protection and sanitation, no secondary pollution.

2. It can simultaneously process exhaust gas containing multiple pollutants.

3. With strong impact capacity, it can work normally when the exhaust gas concentration fluctuates between 3-1500ppm.
