Preventive measures;

1、 Less smoking, better not smoking, stay away from second-hand smoke

There are few windows in the haze weather, so you can raise some flowers and plants; With the use of air purifiers, 80% of the air purifiers on the market are mainly used to purify fine particles in the air, which have a good adsorption effect on PM2.5. However, the filter element should be changed frequently during use.
